This system is a well-built automated roller material lamination system. It can make roller NC film, sample pad, conjugate pad, absorbent paper and adhesive stick together precisely onto the roller PVC sheet and continue working automatically.
It is operated by human–computer interface and regulated length & speed automated control system that is convenient to human –computer interaction so that realize automatically slitting by fixed length and speed. It also achieve automatic control function by adjust the speed and length of the device according to the material output speed and length and automatically calculate the production capacity and fixed output , which can be widely utilized in Diagnostic test strips lamination production.
It can be specially designed by customers’ technical requirements.
